A recent project: furnishing a home in Rupert, Idaho
This is one of our largest furnishing projects to date, and Erin ran most of it without the client ever needing to sit in our showroom.
A handful of scheduled site visits covered the parts that needed a tape measure. Everything else — the layout, the fabrics, the lighting, the rugs — ran through video calls and photos.
The alternative was hours of scrolling through thousands of listings, guessing at scale, and coordinating five categories of purchase without anyone tying them together. Instead, Erin brought a shortlist to the client for each room, chosen against their style and their budget, and let them decide from there.
The client stayed in every decision. They simply were not the ones doing the searching.
